The Fund

Phase One Ventures expects the fund to operate as described below:

Average Investment: $500,000 - $750,000 (no less than $100,000; not to exceed $800,000).

 

Return: 2 – 3x over 2 – 3 years.

 

Number of Investors: 10 (not including partners).

 

Number of Investments: 3 – 4 Annually.

 

Fund Raising Target: $6,000,000 - $10,000,000.

 

Partner Contribution: $100,000.
